Two Days in a Row
Three miles yesterday.
Three miles today.
No stops to rest my knee (though I'm still so out of shape I would have liked to have stopped to take a break). So yeah, things are going pretty well. I'm close to 4 runs per week now. I still usually take a day off after a run, but today shows I can do two days in a row.
Of course running in sunny 60 degree weather in Phoenix makes it a little easier.
But I'm enroute back to Boston tonight so -- back to cold runs for the duration of the winter.
I'm OK with that. Once again, I'll say it. I am just quite happy to be running at all now.
So...goodnight for now. It's overnight to Detroit, then a couple more hours into Boston... Then off to work.
